TRACK AN ORDER

How long does my order arrive?
Kindly note all deliveries are done via G4s countrywide(Outside Nairobi) and via locally established company(within Nairobi) .All delivery take 48hours within working days to reach a customer

How do I track my order?
If the delivery is outside Nairobi thus done via G4s once an item is dispatched a customer is provided with a G4s tracking number buy the customer service whereby they track their order until arrival

Also if delivery is done locally(within Nairobi) the customer is provided with the rider’s phone number in order to communicate directly to the rider thus enabling efficient shipping

What do I do when I receive the order?
Package Inspection-You should inspect the outer package and ensure that it is not tampered with or opened. Incase the item has an issue call 0759701616
